Larry Hatch

Larry Hatch, SVP

Larry has led major corporate change initiatives, functional and business startups and dramatic organizational turnarounds for over two decades. He brings a breadth of general management experience in marketing services, e-commerce, technology hardware, financial services, telecommunications and manufacturing. Larry is a consummate business builder, from strategy to business model construct through monetization and exit. He has commercialized new technologies, led partnerships and joint ventures, developed new supply chains and has consistently delivered top shelf performance in the face of significant challenges.

Larry is SVP Business Development for Virtual Marketing Staff (VMS), a hyper intelligent digital marketing firm that creates optimized marketing campaigns leveraging big data and real time traffic decision engines. Simultaneously Larry is managing the Canada Post relationship for Taradel a sister company of VMS. Previous to this role, Larry was COO of Affinity Stores, a startup e-commerce company that built revenue share partnerships with non-profits and Universities nationally.

Prior to VMS, Larry spent 18 years in diverse high performance environments at Frito Lay and Capital One. He has a stellar record of leading business transformations in a broad array of industries, products and environments. He has consistently delivered exceptional results in progressively broader roles throughout his career.

Ben Morris

Ben Morris, Marketing Executive

Ben Morris is a seasoned marketing executive with over 32 years experience in all forms of traditional media, 14 years of experience in digital marketing and 21 years of experience in database analysis and retail site selection. The best adjective to describe Ben’s approach and capabilities is “Data Artisan.” Many people have knowledge of data and some are high caliber data analysts, but Ben operates on a completely different level: applying strategies and methodologies that make the insights he derives an art form.

Ben has managed his own marketing agency, MQ & C Advertising for 32 years with a specialization on leveraging data analytics and data mining to develop the most profitable marketing campaigns across virtually every media type including TV, radio, direct mail, print, digital and social. Ben is fluent with all major Psychographic Market Segmentation Systems: PersonicX from Acxiom; Mosaic from Experian and Prizm from Nielsen-Claritas

In 2009, Ben developed Kristalytics, a suite of highly sophisticated marketing methodologies based on the practical applications of Database and Trade area Segmentation to improve ROI on all forms of digital and traditional advertising.

Chris Barr

Chris Barr, Director of Marketing

Over the last decade, Chris has worked with more than one thousand advertisers in the development, implementation, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. His work and contributions are featured in publications, websites, and marketing campaigns spanning virtually every industry.

Chris is a highly-adaptive marketing professional with a broad range of skills including: copywriting, multimedia content creation and curation, journalism, graphic design, public relations, social media channel development, email marketing, direct marketing, and both paid and organic search campaign management.

Barr hails from Virginia, where he earned a degree in English and Technical Writing from Christopher Newport University. Outside of his career, Chris enjoys college and professional sports, beach vacations, and spending time with his family.

Kevin Milani

Kevin Milani, VP of Digital Marketing

Kevin is a world class innovator and technician in Search Engine Marketing, SEO and Display Advertising, who also has a wealth of experience that he draws upon in all of the other forms of digital marketing, social media and even traditional marketing and business strategy.

Mr. Milani has been integrating marketing theory and traditional marketing practices with the digital marketing landscape in the development of his cutting edge marketing programs. Most recently he has been collaborating with a Big Data consulting firm and has had breakthrough success as a pioneer in applying Big Data Analytics to Digital Marketing.

Wendy Urquhart

Wendy J. Urquhart, VP of Client Relations

Wendy is a top producing sales and business development professional with over 20 years of strategic account management experience. She has closed millions in sales and successfully developed relationships with national associations, agencies and franchises across a variety of verticals including automotive, medical, home improvement, telecommunications and hospitality.

Prior to joining VMS, she spent seven years at ASHER Strategies, the DC based sales and customer service training firm, helping independent and Fortune 500 drive sales through identification and development of sales and customer service personnel. Her consultative approach to sales has directly impacted the longevity and success of the relationships she has managed throughout her career.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mary Washington.

Tom McNally

Tom McNally, CFO

Tom has over 20 years of finance and operational experience including 15 years at Capital One, one of the largest marketers in the United States. Tom is a results-driven business leader and CPA with experience helping innovative companies achieve their goals.

Tom often demonstrates his ability to lead teams that deliver challenging projects; resolve difficult analytical problems; and provide unique insights regarding financial performance, risks, and opportunities. His diverse experience at large Fortune 500 companies and start-ups including financial planning, cash flow management and managing complex accounting.
